Nine-Headed Bird Healthcare Embarks on a New Journey in Rehabilitation
Nine-Headed Bird Medical has been deeply embedded in frontline clinical practice at top-tier public Grade-III hospitals for decades, earning consistent support and recognition from the industry in the fields of urology and men’s health rehabilitation medical devices—helping to safeguard the health, harmony, and happiness of tens of thousands of families. Yet we’re far from resting on our laurels. Since 2022, we’ve already been laying the groundwork for entirely new areas within the medical device sector, dedicating two years to refining our expertise and relentlessly exploring innovative approaches in emerging rehabilitation fields. Our ultimate vision? To pioneer a comprehensive, all-encompassing ecological healthcare ecosystem under the Nine-Headed Bird brand.
· Air Wave Pressure Therapy Device with Pneumatic Control System
The present invention discloses an air pressure control device for an air wave pressure therapy apparatus, comprising an air pressure control unit and a multi-channel pipeline. The air pressure control unit is equipped with a grounded base at its bottom, and the multi-channel pipeline is connected to the air pressure control unit via a purification box, which houses a removable filter screen inside. This invention utilizes the purification box to filter and purify the gas entering the multi-channel pipeline, ensuring that the gas delivered into the air pressure control unit remains clean—thereby extending the device's lifespan. The gas filtration process occurs as it passes through the filter screen. By rotating a handle, the operator activates a rotating adjustment shaft, which in turn drives a first bevel gear. This motion then engages a second bevel gear, causing the screw block to move within its threaded chamber. As the screw block shifts, it pushes the moving column, ultimately compressing the compression block against the fixed block. Together, these components are designed with a secure locking mechanism featuring a locking rod and a corresponding locking groove, significantly enhancing the stability of the filter screen during operation.
· How it works
The Nine-Headed Bird, leveraging its own patented invention, has independently developed an Air Wave Therapy Device. This innovative device utilizes multi-chamber inflatable air bags that sequentially and rhythmically inflate and compress, generating cyclical pressure on limb tissues. This rhythmic compression promotes venous return, enhances arterial perfusion, and improves both blood circulation and lymphatic flow—including microcirculation—thereby preventing the aggregation of clotting factors and their adhesion to the vascular endothelium, while also boosting the activity of the fibrinolytic system.
· Indications for the Air Wave Therapy Device
1. For patients who are confined to bed long-term or remain in a passive position—especially those with sequelae from cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction requiring prolonged bed rest—the air wave therapy device can significantly help prevent the formation of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs.
2. Patients with venous insufficiency-related leg ulcers due to varicose veins, as well as those suffering from complex regional pain syndrome—such as neuroreflexive edema—or limb swelling caused by hemiplegia following a cerebrovascular accident, can all benefit from air compression therapy.
3. For patients with slow wound healing caused by trauma, surgery, or illness, the air wave therapy device can improve local blood circulation, promote tissue repair and regeneration, and thereby accelerate wound healing.
4. For patients suffering from joint pain, the air wave therapy device can relieve discomfort by reducing inflammation and swelling around the joints, thereby improving their quality of life.
· Additionally, the air wave therapy device independently developed by Jiutou Bird also features the following characteristics:
1. Equipped with a comprehensive alert system that can detect issues such as damage to critical internal components, unconnected attachments during operation, and pressure exceeding the set threshold—prompting users with both audible alerts and visual notifications.
2. Equipped with a hand therapy mode and optionally available hand therapy air bags, this device helps patients with limited hand mobility perform effective rehabilitation exercises.
3. Establish different working hours, levels of stress, and work modes to meet the diverse needs of patients.
4. Equipped with overpressure protection measures to ensure that, in the event of a single failure, the maximum pressure generated in the airbag and connecting lines does not exceed safe limits.
· Summary
Overall, this product is a highly effective, safe, and versatile medical device that delivers remarkable therapeutic benefits to patients through its unique cyclical pressure mechanism, significantly enhancing their quality of life—and truly bringing health and happiness to people.
