On December 18, Qian Deping, Member of the Working Committee and Minister of Organization of Wuhan East Lake New Technology Development Zone, Yu Yanfei, Director of the Industry Division at the Wuhan National Bio-Industry Base Construction Service Center, Lin Guohua, Chairman of Chang'e Bio Co., Ltd. and President of the Optics Valley Bio-Anti-Aging Industry Association, along with a delegation, visited the core area of Future Science City in the Optics Valley East Lake National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone to conduct an on-site research and inspection of the Jiutouniao Medical Group.
Mr. Dong Zhigang, Chairman of the Group, provided the leaders with a detailed introduction to the company’s popular products and its development progress, while Minister Qian Deping expressed his keen interest in and appreciation for the Jiutouniao products.
During the subsequent symposium, both sides engaged in a series of in-depth discussions focused on strengthening communication between enterprises and public institutions, fostering deeper collaboration between channels and manufacturers, and ensuring that relevant government departments provide adequate support and favorable policy incentives. At the meeting, Chairman Mr. Dong Zhigang delivered a detailed report on the development status and future plans of Jiutouniao Company. The atmosphere at the symposium was warm and collaborative, with participants freely sharing their insights. Meanwhile, the delegation highlighted the Bio-Office’s industry policies and initiatives designed to benefit businesses, offering specific recommendations on areas such as industry growth, strategic partnerships, and talent development. All attendees unanimously expressed strong appreciation for Jiutouniao Medical.
Minister Qian Dingping emphasized that enterprises are the key drivers of economic value creation, while the government plays a vital, proactive role as a strong enabler—helping to ensure government services effectively reach businesses and fostering robust business growth. The Industrial Committee has always placed great importance on supporting enterprise development and transformation. Moreover, closer communication channels between government and industry should be established to facilitate smoother dialogue. Ultimately, the government can adopt more flexible approaches and tailored strategies to assist enterprises in overcoming challenges related to financing, land acquisition, talent recruitment, and other key areas, thereby fostering a positive and mutually beneficial "interaction" between the two sectors.
